An update from The Mafia on the NoirCat case:
"The Mafia has spotted the cunning NoirCat in downtown Fredericksburg earlier this week. I was inside Benny’s pizza getting one of those Chicken Bacon Ranch slices (actually I got 2, because I’m a boss) and one of my fellow members snapped a pic of what appeared to be NoirCat strolling on the other side of the street. This is the first sighting we have of her, as she does a good job cleaning up her trail.
As you can see, we rendered the image to try and give us a clearer view of the collar to determine if it was indeed, NoirCat. We could not accurately determine if it was her from the collar but we are sure of it. As soon as she caught wind of us, she ran away before we could grab her. My guys are hot on her trail, though! I’m busy eating pizza."

We have also been looking more into the idea of Daphne and Groom being involved with this. As you saw with our first update, why would a random video of them just pop up? Could it be staged? With little intitial evidence to build off of, those are our prime two suspects at this time.
We were recently just sent this photo from an Anonymous sender and are in the process of tracking the person down. As stated previously, our prime suspects are Groom and Daphne. We expect them to deny all claims, but plan on interviewing them for further information. Have no fear Maggie, we will track down ol' NoirCat and there is nothing that will get in our way!
